Sample Picking Service
Representative Product Sampling

What is Sample Picking?
The samples picked up randomly can represent the quality of mass production batches.
It is made for electrical and electronic products, toys, garments and other types of products. It consists of two parts:
Random Selection
Construction verification: our engineer visually checks the assembly quality of the product and checks it with photos, manuals, samples provided by the client.
Objective Assessment
Performance test: we will verify the workmanship and functions of the product claimed in the user manual or the specifications of it. It helps you confirm whether the quality and performance commitments are valid or not.
Why Conduct Sample Picking?
- Cost Efficiency
- Informed Decision-Making
- Supplier Accountability
- Risk Reduction
Sampling Methods
How We Select Samples
Random Sampling
We randomly select samples from the production batch to ensure an unbiased representation of the overall quality.
Stratified Sampling
We divide the batch into subgroups based on specific criteria (e.g., size, color) and select samples from each subgroup to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Systematic Sampling
We select samples at regular intervals from a randomly ordered list to ensure a systematic approach to sampling.
