1. Scope of Services
LatinEye Quality Inspections ("we", "us", or "our") provides quality control inspection services and factory evaluations ("Services") in China and throughout Asia. These Services are provided on an as-is basis according to industry standards and the specific requirements agreed upon with the client.
2. Service Booking and Scheduling
All inspection requests must be submitted at least 48-72 hours in advance of the desired inspection date, subject to inspector availability. Rush requests may incur additional fees. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted inspection cost.
3. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate and complete product specifications, requirements, and quality standards before the inspection. The client must also ensure factory cooperation, including access to production areas, samples, and relevant documentation. Failure to provide necessary information may result in delays or incomplete inspections.
4. Payment Terms
For new clients, payment is required in full before the inspection date. For established clients, payment terms may be arranged as per the agreed terms. All payments are processed in USD unless otherwise specified. We accept payments via bank transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards.
5. Inspection Reports and Deliverables
Inspection reports will be delivered within 24 hours after the completion of the inspection. Reports are provided in English by default, with Spanish translations available upon request. All reports, photographs, and documentation provided are for the client's use only and are subject to our confidentiality terms.
6. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of all client information, product specifications, and business relationships. All our inspectors and staff are bound by strict confidentiality agreements. We will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit permission, except as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the Services provided. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of business information. Our inspection reports represent our professional assessment at the time of inspection but do not guarantee the quality of all products in a production run.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to arbitration in accordance with the rules of the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC).
