During Production Inspection (DUPRO)
Midway Quality Control

What is DUPRO?
Critical Timing
DUPRO is done when at least 30% of an order is completed. Production problems can be detected early, allowing more time to rework and correct. It also helps you monitor whether the production process is going according to schedule
Process Improvement
The DUPRO Inspection is one of the most important since it is during production and if a defect is seen in the product, production can be stopped and the problem fixed before continuing.
Risk Mitigation
Many factories do not accept changes or modifications once the product is 100% finished. In DUPRO you can also verify if the production time is within the delivery date promised by the supplier
It is also verified that the characteristics such as: measurements, colors, assembly, certifications that have been promised or committed by the supplier are being met 100% and there is no doubt due to the language barrier. It can help to review technical sheets, manufacturer promises for production and product, and it can help to sign an “Inspection Protocol Agreement”.
The objective of a DUPRO inspection is to identify any quality issues or deviations from specifications during the production process, allowing for timely corrective actions and ensuring that the final product meets the required standards.
