What is IPI?

Early Detection

Initial Production Inspection (IPI) is performed at the beginning of production, it is essential after you have completed the verification process provider (factory audit).

Quality Assurance

Before the start of production we also offer the service of revision of contract terms in production management (not legal terms of finance or contracting). It helps you to verify the scope of production of the product promised by the supplier.

Time Saving

It is verified that the characteristics such as: measurements, colors, assembly, certifications that have been promised or committed by the supplier are understood 100% and there is no doubt due to the language barrier. It can help to review technical sheets, manufacturer promises for production and product, and it can help to sign an “Inspection Protocol Agreement”.

The objective of an Initial Production Inspection is to identify the quality of the materials or components that are not found to be defective prior to the production process, thus minimizing the risk of non-conformity and allowing timely corrections when necessary.

It can also be confirmed whether your supplier has correctly understood your order, avoiding communication errors and ensuring that any deviations from customer specifications are addressed early.
