Inspection Process
Scheduling an inspection is simple. Contact us with your requirements, and we'll provide a quote. Once confirmed, we'll coordinate directly with your factory for a suitable inspection date. We require a minimum of 48-72 hours notice to arrange an inspection.
To conduct an effective inspection, we need: product specifications, approved samples (if available), purchase order details, special requirements or checkpoints, factory contact information, and any specific quality standards that should be applied.
We follow AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) sampling standards, which is a statistical method for quality control. The sample size depends on your order quantity and the inspection level you choose. We randomly select samples from different cartons and production runs to ensure a representative assessment.
If quality issues are identified, we document them thoroughly with photos and descriptions in the inspection report. We classify defects as critical, major, or minor according to AQL standards. You can then make informed decisions about whether to accept the goods, request rework, or take other actions.
Reports & Documentation
You will receive a detailed inspection report within 24 hours after the inspection is completed. For urgent situations, we can provide same-day preliminary reports upon request.
Our comprehensive reports include: overall quality assessment, detailed defect analysis with photos, measurement data, functionality test results, packaging evaluation, sample selection methodology, and recommendations. Reports are provided in English and can be translated to Spanish upon request.

We accept payments via wire transfer, PayPal, and major credit cards. For regular clients, we offer flexible payment terms including monthly invoicing options.
